The Little Black Dress...

Every woman needs a LBD!!!
Since Coco Chanel introduced it in 1926, the little black dress has become the one garment you can always slip on when you aren't quite sure what to wear for the evening. The perfect little black dress is simple yet always elegant. Choose the right one and you will feel sexy, sleek, and chic! All thats required is some fashion sense and more importantly imagination.
There are several ways to wear your LBD depending on the occasion. Accessorize with bold statement pieces. As a symbol of timeless elegance, nothing says glamor like a luxurious pair of pearls. When dressing for a special occasion, grab your silver and gold-toned fashion pieces to spice up your LBD. Metallic strappy sandals, diamond-encrusted bangles, and sequined clutches are small touches that can change your little black dress from day to evening quickly. You can also accessorize with fishnet stockings, a bold bracelet, necklice, or some leopard pumps with a matching bag.
I also recommend to wear dramatic makeup to add additional color to this wardrobe classic. Don’t ignore lips, eyes, fingernails and toes; apply bold eye-shadows and ruby red lipstick or use the daring colors of the seasons to polish your fingernails and toenails. When applied correctly, makeup is the ultimate accessory for the fashionable woman wearing the little black dress.

Stay stylish within budget! everything under $100

Inspiration look: Kim Kardashian

In this look, I love how Kim's paired an on-trend menswear-inspired knit vest (hers looks like this vest by Alexander Wang) with skinny black pants, black ankle boots, and an artsy scarf. If you live in a cooler climate, just layer your vest over a tight long sleeve tee instead of a tank. Stylish and totally wearable for day or night! Get Kim's look for less with budget-friendly finds from Nordstrom, Forever 21, Macy's, Nine West, and Baghaus.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Since October is national breast cancer awareness month, I would like to dedicate this post to all the woman who have and are suffering from breast cancer. It is said that every 69-seconds a woman dies from breast cancer. Having had close family to me suffer from this terrible disease makes this issue all the more very important to me. With that being said, I want to encourage all ladies to take sometime this month to wear or buy something pink that will help fund the Susan G. Komen for the cure foundation. So come on ladies lets go pink and help each other pass the word and tell a friend or loved one to take sometime to get checked out. Let them know that it is vital for their health. I have provided some website links that will help out when you make a pink purchase by sending partial of their proceeds and profits to fund the Susan G. Komen for the cure foundation.

Check them out to help find a cure...
